Hello all! I am plannning to change my PC in some days time but I'm really new to this Help me to get the best combination for best gaming experience
Approximate Purchase Date: until Next week
Budget Range: ~$1500
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, surfing and video playing
Are you buying a monitor: Yes
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: MSY.com.au or anywhere cheaper
Location: City, State/Region, Country - Australia Sydney
Parts Preferences: Intel and Nvidia
Overclocking: Maybe, I really don't know much in this
SLI or Crossfire: Same here. I don't know what these do
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Comments: I want the case to be well ventilated since the room is quite stuffy and hot
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: The old computer is getting rumbling every day, so I decided to buy a good computer for gaming.
I've looked some up:
Coolermaster 922XM - $128
Asrock z77 Extreme 4 Motherboard - $135
CPU: Intel 1155pin IVY Bridge i5-3570K - $227
CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler - $34
2G GTX 660 Gigabyte N660OC-2G - $237
G. Skill Trident-X 8G kit 2400 - $79
Antec Earthwwatts Platinum 650 - $119
SAMSUNG 830 series SATA3 256G - $195
Asus PCI-E-N15 300M wireless-N network adapter - $34
Don't need the input devices.
I wish to run battlefield 3 at high settings. Would these be enough? I can sacrifice other parts for the sake of CPU and GPU. Please help!
