How much VRAM is needed if...

I am currently using a Asus GTX 560TI. I want to use 3 monitors for multitasking/productivity only but still only game on 1 monitor in windowed mode.

Games I currently play: Diablo 3, Borderlands 2, Counter Strike Global Offensive.

Would a 2GB of VRAM upgrade be enough to run those titles at 1080p in window mode while having a couple of browsers open on the other screens watching a stream or video? If not, what do you suggest?

I prefer to stick to nVidia (I know I am a fanboy).

I think, it should be fine, since those games are not that demanding. But if you're looking to play on 5760x1080, I would recommend a 7970 instead.

Extra monitors just showing desktop use next to no memory. A 2gb card would be plenty.

I don't think that there will be much of a difference between a GTX 670 and a Radeon 7970 in those games because they're all already so light on the graphics.
