350 dollar gaming/media rig, thoughts and parts compatibility?

I'm trying to build a cheap PC just for media editing and a little bit of gaming such as COD 4 etc. So nothing to powerful at all, although I do want it to be fast and efficient.

I've come across these parts and I was wondering if it is all compatible and would create the system I desire

AMD x4 A8-5600K Quad Core 3.6Ghz FM2

MSI FM2-A55M-E33 FM2 AMD A55

G.Skill Ripjaws-X F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL 4G Kit(2Gx2) DDR3 1600

Thermaltake VN900A1W2N Commander MS-II Black USB3.0 Mid Tower Case

Corsair 430CX ATX Power Supply Unit

WD 3.5" Green 1TB

NETWORK CARD (to make it WIFI)
ASUS PCE-N10 Wireless-N 150M PCI-E Network Card

What do you guys think and will it be compatible, Thanks in advance
also is there anything I may be missing? (apart from a graphics card as I hear that the CPU/GPU is fine for what I want [apparently])

nah, I'm on a pretty strict budget due to me being a student
  4. a 2.5 inch hard drive is used for laptops ... mostly ...and will be slower than a 3.5 inch desk top drive . A desktop case will usually have mounts for 3.5 inch hard drives but might have an adapter for a smaller 2.5 inch drive .

You should find a better power supply . Only use 80+ rated units with a feature called Active PFC . That cm is neither . Basically its junk . The Corsair CX 430 is acceptable quality

The msy site is awful to use . I cant search ....
but you should be using RAM rated for 1.5 volts or less
  5. bump
  6. You could skip a corner and get some cheaper DDR3 RAM somewhere.
