GPU problem

Hi,
I'm new here.
I've a problem with my new graphics card.
I've a HP pc, that I've upgraded over the last months. Today I installed a new Graphics card: MSI GTX660 Twin Frozr and when I boot up. My screen stays black.
So I installed back my older GPU and my PC works fine.

Here are my specs:
i7 2400 3.4
PSU: Coolermaster GX700
SSD: Corsair 3 120GB
RAM: 16GB DDR3
Motherboard: IPISB-CH2 from HP

I tried everything, updated BIOS, changed the PSU,...
But still no screen, no bios, nothing

Hope you guys knows an awnser

Cheers
Miguel

More about problem
  1. some of the msi cards were found to have a part that was out of nvidia spec.

this issue on some mb with one of these cards is a no post issue. if the card under 30 days i would return it and try anther brand. or see if your card has that chip.
  2. I tested the GPU in another PC and there it works fine. How do you check if the card has that chip?
Tomorrow I'll return the card and buy another one. I hope the issue will be solved.
Is there anything else that could be the problem?
