Hi everyone.
Im going to upgrade my graphics card.
I currently have a HD6990.
Would crossfiring 2 HD6990 be better than buying one HD7990 or GTX690.
Does the HD7990 and GTX690 support 5 screens.
Thanks.
Daz.

there is no 7990 currently. if you want additional performance above the 6990 and you are using 5 screens AND if you have the budget, 2x 7970's work very well when scaling resolutions up. the 690 is also a nice choice.

Good advice. One 7970 is 450$ and one 6990 is 1000$. And if you dont want that 6990.. How much would you sell it :D ?

I would not recommend a 7990. Two 7970 are better and cheaper. And they are made from ATi/AMD. If you are gonna play BF3 ALOT.. Go 680 or 670 if you cant afford. If not well ANY game the 7970 beats the 680 and 670. (Overclocked that is. If you stay stock well the 7970 isnt much good)
