what are your system specs?
your system is getting stress tested by the game and its either over heating or its not getting enough power from your power supply

is it only in 1 game? do you notice anything else when it happens? we need more info...

Try downloading a program like cpu-z and watch the cpu temperature while you game, your mobo might be shutting down the system when it gets to a certain temperature.
