MoBo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

cpu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

it says To support DDR3 1600 MHz, you must install an Intel 22nm CPU.

im going to use a 32mm cpu, hoping i can still use this ram,it was free with mobo

will it be ok to use this ram with a 32mm cpu on this mobo?

wondering what type of issues i will have if i do this.

You will likely have to reinstall it. There are ways of getting around it when installing a new motherboard but it is simpler and easier to just reinstall and not have to worry about it.
