HPE140f GT230 graphics card replaced with HD6670

I have an HPE140f with a dying nvida GT230 graphics card. I replaced it with a Radeon HD6670. There is an "extra" connector originating from JSPD1 on the motherboard that connected to the GT230 (motherboard is an MSI MS-7613 Iona-GL8E). The new HD6670 graphics card looks like it is working fine. What was this connection for? Will this cause issues down the road?

I think its something to do with sound but i am not sure
