HOW TO CHANGE WLAN TO GSM PREFERRED IN TAXCO VX8

I HAVE a problem switching the network settings of the TAXCO VX 8 cellphone model.. everytime i changed the settings, it will prompt, "unfinished" help me please..

i mean., the WLAN ONLY to GSM preferred
