Is it my graphics card?

WOW works fine for about 30-45 minutes then graphics start to pixilate and/or turn black. Items in my bag are blacked out, parts of the environment are blacked out, etc. What does this mean? I have a 2yo XPS laptop and I got the best of the best at the time it was bought.

im not but this laptop does get hot, drivers are up to date, how do i check temp

You could sue Speedfan or one of several other such programs/utilities.
