It performs on-par with the 6850 (maybe a little ahead on average) at a much lower level of power consumption. Just FYI, it's GDDR5, not DDR5. The 7770 beats the 6850 by a little with current drivers. The 7770 uses much less power and has more overclocking headroom too.
