3 Monitor HELP

I have a windows 7 machine with a ATI 5770 that has 3 monitors and i am using a medical program that spans across two monitors. When i added the thrid monitor i wanted it to have just an internet window on the thrid monitor and have the medical program span across the first two monitors. The problem is that when I enabled the thrid monitor the medical program spans across all three. I am looking for a way to have the first two monitors act like a dual setup and then have a thrid montior act on its own.

My doctors are not the smartest tools in the shed, and they are also very lazy and don't want to re-size the windows every time they look at a study.

As an IT tech for a health service (think big) I only have one thing to say, tell the doctors to suck it up.

Alternatively try using it in windowed mode or using the tool within CCC (forget the name) which allows you to set an eyefinity group and then change how programs open and the size.
