Will a 450W PSU power my GPU? How do I check how much power my future computer will consume?

Nvidia says the maximum graphics card power is 150 W and the minimum system power requirement is 450 W. So you might be okay, but you're really pushing it. You should use a power supply calculator to find out what your system needs and then get a little bit extra. So more in the 550-600 W range at least.

Look at the amps supplied by the 12v rails. that PSU will work, but it's a little on the low side for power requirements. I'd be more comfortable with something in the 550 watt range with 40+ amps supplied by the 12 v rail. That one has two rails supplying 18 amps each.

yep, it's only the ECO PSU's from Antec that you are expected to reuse your old power cord
