I want to play these games at the following frame rates.

Team Fortress 2 = 65+ FPS
Minecraft = 80+ FPS
---Games I Might Play---
AC3 = 45+ FPS
Oblivion = 70+ FPS

What CPU + GPU + Motherboard should I get?
