AMD 3D on Nvidia Monitor

I have been doing a lot of research on how to get 3D to work from a Radeon card to work with an Nvidia monitor.

I know they're not compatible but I have heard of 3rd party software and or work arounds to make it work.

Is this true? If so can anyone point me into the right direction?

I cant seem to find anymore info on this "3rd party software...."

What is a Nvidia monitor? Monitor by itself should just be 3d capable or even a 3d TV. The Monitor should work with either Nvidia or AMD cards.
