Will this PSU run a 6870?

I'm wondering if it will run the sapphire 6870. I know it has enough wattage to run it. I'm just curious about the 20 amps per 12v rail. I'm unsure of how that works.

By the way, this is my first of many posts here at toms hardware! I always found this site to be extremely reliable when googling questions about my PC.

Raidmax make terrible PSU's. Go for a single 12V rail PSU, at least. The Corsair CX430 should be able to run it, but you will be stretching it a little bit.

Get a decent brand with 600 watts. It would run your system just fine with allowance. I am using hd 6870 and this AeroCool Strike X 600 watts. Its cheaper than most branded PSUs but so far i am experiencing no problems with it. Goodluck!

i also would go for a 600w psu made by a reputable brand like corsair,enermax,seasonic etc.
