Well this is my second cpu build, im fairly competent with computers although far from anything beyond that....So here goes!

Well I started building referencing a guides and handbooks, its all fine and dandy until i try to turn it on, 0 power.

I then unplug everything except mobo PSU CPU GPU and RAM. it boots for 5 seconds, gives three long beeps and then cuts, repeats again and again. (I havn't tried to see if the cpu tries to load the BIOS yet, need a VGA>DVI adapter)

I then proceeded to replug everything, no power......Then i unplug the fans in the case, same issue as before with the cutting after 5 seconds or so

I havn't tried pulling the mobo out of the case yet and doing a external boot just to try that, also the stock CPU fan is put in sideways if that makes sense, the Intel logo isnt upright but sideways.... would this make a difference?

Sorry if im being a fool, i've tried troubleshooting to the best of my ability! Any tips so welcome... :)
