560Ti SLI lag issues.

As the tread states im running two way sli with GTX 560ti's and im getting slow frames in games. Specifically skyrim i can't seem to get better than 40 fps. Any information would be appreciated. My full system specs are

2 Gtx 560's 1Gb each
Amd FX 8120 3.1ghz
16 Gb Gskill Ripjaw 1600 DDR3
750 watt PSU
1080p Monitor
Hyper 212 CPU cooler.

What monitor resolution? How much AA are you running?

The FX-8120 could be a bottleneck, you need to overclock it.

1920x1080 and between 2 and 8x. But the frames don't differ much. How high should i OC the CPU?
