Did a HD tests and was clean, and stress tested my GPU and it had no issues aswell. I can assure all drivers are up to date. I need help, I dont know whats going on!?!?

I had my memory in DIMMS 2 and 4, switches it to DIMMS 1 and 3, and cleared my CMOS (did 6 BIOS updates and never cleared it). 2 days and no BSOD's, think that may have been the issue?
