[Solved] Asus cm1730 series flashing light and now not powering on

I have a asus cm1730 series and recently added a inland 600 watt power supply and a msi r7770 to the computer. It has ran great but recently I left it on (think it went to sleep) for a day and when I went to wake it up nothing so I tapped the power button all while the power button was blinking. Nothing happened so I held it down and nothing, so i unplugged it and the light too a couple of seconds but stopped but it is still not turning on. I opened it up and when the its plugged in with the power supply switch on a light on the motherboard is lit. Any Idea the problem?

The power supply is not working. Taking it back tomorrow.
