GTX680 or GTX 670 FTW w/corsair h100

So I pretty much just built my new computer a month ago and I started out with a 680 which was defective so I RMA'ed it and got a refund on it. Then I went for sli gtx 660ti's which were awesome but I liked the idea of having one powerful gpu. So I have sold my 660ti's and now I can buy either a 680 or a 670 FTW and then with the extra money buy a corsair h100. Opinions or alternate ideas are more than welcome. Thankyou in advance.

i would go with the 680 cuz its at stock clocks and will last longer then a OCed 670
OR you could get a 7970 for about the same price as a 680 and overclock it unless you would like to play BL2 with physX in that case the 680 will be better but not by much
