New Computer Problems - Files Corrupting cause

It starts when I on the switch of the computer, the wire that connected to avr and cpu is bieng spark..its because the wire is bieng cut thats y it spark .I borrow another connector to make this computer on to check if its alright but its seems not. that why i need your help to help this figure it out..

If you had an electrical short and had to replace the wire, what ever one that was, you probably have MOBO damage. I guess you could try startup in safe mode or boot from windows CD, but chances are you need to return it or replace internal hardware.
