This is the setup I've chosen for myself, I would be very pleased if you could tell me all the pros and cons of this setup and what you personally would change to make it better. I'm also going to overclock the processor and ram (most likely) so if you could tell me. Also have i chosen a good setup for overclocking?

I'm on a budget of 2600$,

And btw, I'm very new to forums... so I'm sorry for any mistakes (If there are any). Thanks in advance!

You will be better off with an Ivy Bridge 3770K processor

and theres no particular reason for the E-ATX board .
Just buy a standard ATX motherboard IMO

No way do you need a 1200 watt psu to run that . 650 watts ...maybe

Thanks for the quick reply, I should have mentioned that I'll overclock the CPU to stable 5.2Ghz and the 3770k cant overclock to that level... and I need the extreme PSU because I'm going to upgrade later, and i'm on a budget now so i cant have for example 3x graphics cards (which is what I plan to buy) and the motherboard is kinda the same as the PSU.
