Consiquences of getting anew graphics card for hp h8-1000in

hello guys,
i'm finally planning to buy this Gtx 680 oc:Link

i had open a thread previously but hadn't decided what particular card to buy..but this time i'm planning to buy the exact same card provided in the link.
After this sorted out i'd love to have your guidance on

1#whether to buy this one or its predecessor asus gtx670 ?

***2#Lets say if i buy asus gtx680 dc2 oc edition will it be able to fit in my motherboard? ***

3# To be on a saferside what card should i buy asus gtx670 or the one in question.?

4# I've seen a lot of forums and they all complain that not all psu's are compatible with hp desktops, so what psu should i buy?.

I would suggest the GTX670 as it is a lot cheaper and not much slower. As your case has pretty poor ventilation I would suggest getting one that blows the hot air out the back. I don't see why some PSUs will work and others won't

if i'm not making a msitake you said to get a psu that blows air from the back right? or to change the atx tower?,cause i wont be able to do the last one

Sorry, I meant the graphics card. If you look at them there are two main designs, ones that circulate the air inside the case, and ones that push it straight out the back. Those generally cool slightly worse when in open air (eg on a testbench), but better in a small case.
I'll find one.
