"A network cable is unplugged" when i plug ADSL line to router

Hello everybody,
I can connect to my router but not to Internet,
it seams that ADSL line "disconnects" my LAN/WLAN
this issue is with Inalambrico 6867R router
an other router, TP-Link is working great
How to fix this ???

Your router probably have some loose wiring inside or a manufacturing defect in which a short-circuit occurred in the LAN wiring...

Have you not tried another LAN port?
