Will the Hardware Work

Will these parts work? This is going to be the first PC I have ever built so I would like anyone's support.

Mobo: Asus P8Z77-V Premium

CPU: i7 3770

GPU: GeForce GTX 680

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Low Profile — 32GB Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit (CML32GX3M4A1600C10B)

HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001

PSU: HCG-900

Case: Antec LanBoy

Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio PCIe

I don't see any issues. Nice looking rig.
Do you have a reason for 32GB RAM, or just want to fill the slots? Btw, you can use up to 1600MHZ memory with IB's memory controllers w/o overclocking. You don't have to stay with 1333MHZ like the SB used.

the RAM is 1600MHZ, and for 32GB I have my reasons.
