Can Sapphire HD7850 Play ultra on 1920x1080 resolution?

I play mostly BF3, skyrimV, COD 3, prototype2, LOL.

I upgraded my monitor from 1600x900 to 1920x1080 res. And wondering can this card maxed out all games i throw at it @ smooth Fps. I use HD7770 vaporX on my old setup which is at 900p resolution and play most of my games in ultra with decent fps.

So im planning to buy Sapphire HD7850 for my build.

Any thought about this card?

I have a 7870 and play bf3 on ultra at 1920x1080 with aa off and get 45-80 fps. Skyrim was always 60 until I modded it, now I have seen it reach 25 fps. COD you will get 60 fps all day long. Don't know about prototype. This is just my own personal experience. Of course with the 7850 you will get probably 10 fps less on average.

I don't think my PSU can handle the gtx 660.
And dude are you serious i can play only 26fps at 1920x1080 resolution using Sapphire HD7850 (not OC) ?

Pics (benchmark) or it didn't happen. :p

And 660 might bottleneck my I3-3220 and CX500. :pt1cable:

Corsair CX500 (not V2)

Iv'e seen benchmarks with HD7850 with 30-40fps in ultra settings at BF3 on 1080p res. so how come Yours only 25fps? :heink:

See this benchmark:

in that benchmark if you go to the how we test section you will see that thay are using a 3960X which adds ~5fps and i said ~26 meaning that it could get up to 35 at max and i had a fx-8150 with it so ~25-30+5fps from the 3960X=~35fps which you see in that benchmark and if you want to play bf3 get the 660 because there will be no bottleneck you psu can handle it(just don't overclock) and bf3 LOVES nvidia cards

Here is my pick:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127699

It only got 192bit and 7850 had 256bit

Can this be downfall in performance? And what is the purpose of this ''bit'' ?

that is a very good pick
the bit won't be that much of a downfall all it really does is it does better when you have high AA settings on but neither of these cards won't be playable at high AA settings

i have a 2GB GDDR5 XFX Radeon HD 7850 and i get about 40 frames on ultra settings in bf3 about 50 even with hi-res mods for skyrim and about 45 for prototype 2 all on max setting with AA either low or off and the XFX in my opinion is a bit better than the sapphire but a gigabyte would also work just as fine just make sure your case will fit it
