This site says it is win7 64bit compatible, and has a link to MFG site for driver.

many canons do not have 64bit support, hamrick and vuescan is one solution

I got around this problem of needing them by installing the original CD under compatibility WinXP S2. Most 98/XP stuff that won't install directly installs fine under that setting but not using S3 for some reason.
