B Bill Keith Honorable Dec 19, 2013 2 0 10,510 Dec 19, 2013 #5 I got around this problem of needing them by installing the original CD under compatibility WinXP S2. Most 98/XP stuff that won't install directly installs fine under that setting but not using S3 for some reason. Upvote 0 Downvote
