If you are a gamer, I would highly recommend upgrading the Graphics Card before your CPU and motherboard. You will see the best gain from that.

BTW, if you are not overclocking there is no need to get the "K" model i5.

So you are already set on upgrading to an i5? What do you use your PC for? That will really tell whether it is worth the upgrade.

I understand the keeping the GPU. The Asrock motherboard is a good value. It does not mention that it supports SLI so you could not at add another 560Ti. Just thought I'd mention.

Don't waste your cash on expensive RAM if you're on a budget, you won't see any real tangible benefit over a 8GB 1600 kit. Are you running 2x2+1x1GB for 6GB total? Your new MB has 4 RAM slots, for the time being 6GB is plenty for gaming.

Sounds like you have all of the pieces purchased except the processor.

I read about as rock z77 pro no sli option so I returned it back, we do not have service center for as rock I have been given a option for gigabyte, assus and MSI
My budget is tight can u confirm me good mobo ranging in between 8000-9000 (around 200$) good for overclocking
I generally play games like sleeping dogs, skyrim, mafia 2, home front I want to play them on high and ultra settings.
