Im building a new gaming PC and would like to know what the best 7970 model would be best.

My current specs are:

CPU: i5 3570k 3.4GHz
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V PRO LGA 1155 Intel Z77
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Case: Thermaltake Chaser MK-I
PSU: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W
HD: Western Digital WD Blue WD10EALX 1TB 7200 RPM
Cooler: COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO

I was looking at a XFX Double D FX797GTDFC Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition but I read that it is not that good and XFX is a bad company. I need one from either newegg.ca or ncix.com. I was also looking at a SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7970 OC. I want to know how much of a difference is between a GHz version and normal version. Im also looking to overclock by a bit so if someone can recommend a better cooling system that is not more than $40. Im still having second thoughts about whether I should keep my 7970 or get a GTX 680. Hope you guys can help me make up my mind. I will be playing on a 24" 1980x1080 resolution but might upgrade that later on. Is my system looking good? Anything I should change? I can only order from newegg.ca or ncix.com so only pick stuff from those sites, thanks guys.

Just hope the Vapor-x gets in stock soon. I really dont want to wait more than a week. Will it get in stock by then? And thanks YoMega but I dont want the 6GB since its a waste and thats basically in stock in a lot of places.

It usually goes out stock the first day it's restocked i would get one on the minute it comes in stock  :pt1cable: i know.
