PC doesn't boot/post
Hello,
I recently replaced a bad CMOS battery and to do so had to remove the Graphics card to get access to it. After putting the card back in the pc doesn't post or boot and the fans just crank up to max rpm. I re-seated the graphics card and it booted up fine once, then next time i turned on the PC it went back to no POST or BOOT and fans maxed out rpm. I've tried re-seating the card several times but no luck.
Any Help is appreciated in advance.
