Problems with graphic card

Hello, I have a GTX 580 card and I left my computer on and when I got home my computer wont recognize the card. I reinstalled drivers and rebooted pc. When I start the pc there are blue rectangles all over the screen if that helps identify the problem for you. Any help would be great. thx

have you tried putting the card into another PCI-E slot

How long have you had the card? Has it worked properly up to now?
