Hello to the community,

I have an old HP Pavilion KC975AA on which I would like to try and play EVE Online. It meets the basic requirements but I needed an updated graphics card for the recomended. I've played some other games on it from time to time but always on the lowest settings. I have a new 24" 1080P monitor and I'd like to take as much advantage of it as possible.

Is there a card compatible with my machine and its 300w PSU that will give me the boost I need? Or failing that will it support a new PSU, graphics card and maybe more RAM? Or will my processor let me down regardless?

I understand my desktop is getting on but I'd rather try and upgrade than start saving for a new build right now. I can spend £100-£150 if necessary and I also see there are plenty of 500w PSU's and 2nd hand graphics cards on eBAy if I can get an idea of what would work for me. Here's my specs, thanks for any assistance.
