Hello! I am completely new to PC building and I have a few questions on my potential build.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qqD8

First off, are the parts I picked compatible with one another? Second off, is there something I can do better on a $400 budget? Thirdly, will I be able to play games like Cod4, Skyrim, and Fallout with no problem? My intention on this build is to start off small and when the time comes, I'd be able to update my GPU to something better. Thats why my cpu bottlenecks my gpu a little bit. I don't think that's going to be a problem anyway.

Also would XP Professional run fine on this?

Hope to hear from you soon!

After a little extended research, will this be a better choice PSU wise? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817371045

My intent with the graphics card situation is to get the 6670 first and then upgrade it when I feel I want better performance. All I am playing on is a 1366x768 monitor as of now.
