Upgrade your RAM first. 1GB is barely anything nowadays, and RAM is dirt cheap. What is your power supply?

The best one for you is the HD 7750.. anything better than that would require a psu upgrade. Don't worry about bottlenecks.. I've seen someone with Pentium D and HD 7750 with little bottleneck..

I am sorry, i didn't see you were looking for nvidia.. I am not sure if GTX 650 will work with your psu and it requires a 6 pin pcie power. In reviews the GTX 650 has a very low power consumption like HD 7750..
