800$ gaming build

Hi, I'm building a pc for my cousin who wants to ditch his laptop and get a good desktop. he was going to buy a pre-built one but i persuaded him to go with a custom one and i'll build it for him. These are the parts we picked out together. He has a budget of roughly 800$. he doesnt need an operating system so it wont be included in the parts nor will a dvd drive.

im not sure if ur going to be overclocking or not so i but the 3570k but if ur not go with the 3570 and save the 15$
Also look at the case u might like it and if u dont then change it thats really the only thing i can see being changed on here

i like the case, since the pc isnt for me, i'll have to check with my cousin on which he likes more. As for the other parts i'll go with those since that build seem to be way better than the one we picked out originally. And he will not be overclocking any time soon but he said it may be an option down the road.

k also u can add a evo 212+ its performance is great for its price, if he does want to overclock
