Best $800 Gaming Build

What parts would you build for me for a gaming pc that i would love to use to play any new games on its high max settings
I do plan on overclocking around next year making it around a $2000 pc in 2013.

Can you guys include everything i need that would make the BEST rig for me under $800 mark & not including monitor, keyboard, mice & not including the case, but outside the budget price what full tower case would be the best to fit in what ever build u guys give me

This build drops down one level on the GPU, but the 7870 is still very capable. You also get a SSD to use as your main drive. Note: it is over budget because of the case.
