Hi,
I'm planning on building my own PC. I have come up with a list of the components I would like to use. But I am not sure if they will work together.
The PC will mostly be used for playing games like Battlefield 3, Call of Duty and Minecraft.
If you have any recommendations please do tell me :)

-CPU: Intel Core i5 3570k
-GPU: XFX 7870 Black Edition
-Motherboard: Asrock Z77 Extreme 4
-RAM: 8GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3-1333
-Case: Zalman Z11 Plus
-HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
-SSD: 64GB Samsung 830 Basic Series
-CPU Cooler: Thermalright HR-02 Macho
-PSU: Corsair TX650 Modular

Thanks

I'd get 1600MHz ram, but you won't see much difference. Though it's not much cost difference, either. Samsung RAM, if you can find it, is crazy overclockable.

Ooh, this is a biggie... you're going to want a bigger SSD. Either that or move all "users" folders out of Windows before doing anything else.

I was going to dis that CPU cooler, but then I read a review on it... I want one. If only it would fit in my mini-ITX case... :(

Yeah. Seems pretty good. +1 for bigger ssd, and Corsair CX650 builder does the job aswel, not if little better.

Yeah, but for even better fps, you should think : ATI 7970 or Nvidia 670
If your budget lets you get them

How about GTX 660 Ti. 7970 and 670 are too expensive

the asus 7950 also seems quite interesting as it's about the same price as the 660 ti but better
