Build for Grandpa

Hey guys my grandpa came to me today and told me he was looking for a new computer. Hes looking to spend around $350 - $400 dollars. All hes going to be doing is browsing the web and such, he doesnt really need anything fancy to play games or video edit. Id love to be able to get him an SSD though. He already has a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. He requested windows 8 also. Anyone got any builds for this?

Yeah I didnt have much hope I could fit an SSD in there. But this looks nice. He might have some old HDDs from his old computer though so I could re-use those and fit the SSD in. Not sure though Id have to talk to him again.
