All of your links are dead for whatever reason..But all of your parts are compatible and totally solid. You won't need that large of a PSU but if money isn't an issue then I guess it doesn't matter.

Did you put this beast together already? if so how does it run? ive got just about every thing you have for my setup except different brands here and there. The MAXIMUS V formula, i have not purchased it, people keep telling me its not worth it, what do you think?

Yikes, you do not need to pay $300 for 8GB RAM - that's ridiculous. Plus there's like no motherboards on the market currently that will support speeds that high. The motherboard and CPU aren't really needed for gaming either. If games are what you want then where you should be spending the money is on the GPU - you could easily get a dual 670 setup for this budget.

Try something like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($80.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($147.86 @ Newegg)

That's a better way to spend $2K on a gaming rig.
