This rig will be used to play games like DayZ,WarZ,Arma 2/3. im hoping to play these on the highest settings possible ! thanks for any input :)

That looks pretty good. Get a different SSD though - that Corsair Force is not really a good choice. Go with a Vertex 4 or Samsung 830.

You could also downgrade that GPU to a 670 and save money in that area, you wouldn't really lose much in terms of performance. The EVGA is a good choice, if you want something with better cooling go with a Gigabyte Windforce.
 
I think you'll want the k version instead of the i5-3570 for that mobo, also see if you can add a aftermarket cooler like the hyper 212 plus or evo.
You can save some money by switching the gfx card for a 670 gtx (gigabyte oc version) or a 7970 sapphire with minimal performance loss vs price.
I recommend also switching the ssd for a samsung 830.
And save money by switching the psu for a xfx 650w.
oh and the memory switch for corsair vengeance low profile 8gb (2x4) 1600mhz.
