Pretty much an upgrade of an old rig for a friend. Should be purchased within 2 weeks.
$700 dollar price range
Primary gaming(the person who requested this from me wants it to run MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR without a hiccup)
NOT BUYING: case, any software, monitor, keyboard, mouse
Any site for parts, doesn't matter to me.

The client request only ATI video cards.

Well the flight simulator is not that heavy on requirements

since you have a 700 budget get a i5-3570k and a radeon 7770/7850

then 8gb of ram a 600w psu and should be a solid build.

Also I looked at your motherboard and video card, the card has PCIe 3.0 x16 and the mobo has only PCIe x16. Wont that cut the power of the card drastically?
