Windows alternate routing

I have three computers connected in a lan and having internet. To one of the pc i have connected the BSNL dongle. If the original wired network breaks I want to automatically use the BSNL dongle network for all the three computers connected in lan.

Setup Internet Connection Sharing on the computer, run the setup wizard for that on the other computers. Change the binding order for the network cards so that the cell modem is second after the ethernet connection.

I don't know how automatic the switch will be, but that should enable the computers to find the connection when they can't connect using the primary one.

This is not a true fail-over, you'll need to start the cell connection manually, but Windows should pick it up as a usable connection without you having to tell it which one to use.
