I am developping a CF card utility which is control the
inquiry,preformat,readid,read capacity,etc.
I use IOCTL_SCSI_GET_CAPABILITIES to get capabilties.and
IOCTL_SCSI_PASS_THROUGH for vendor functions.
but it report error 1117 I/O error.

I do not where is wrong.
