Inno3d nvida gt440 driver stops working error, plz help???

hy guys im using win7 64bit ultimate additon my graphic card model is nvidia gt 440 1gb ddr3
in normal use of computer my screen flicks a while for 3 to4 sec then its on normal and right after that i message is displayed from system tray " nvidia drivers stops working and windows recorved it" ... im using latest drivers of my card games run fine but this message actually too irritating ... plz help
