PCIe x1 Gen 2.x 2
PCIe x4 Gen 2.x 0
PCIe x8 Gen 2.x 0
PCIe x16 Gen 2.x 1
PCIe x1 Gen 1.x 0
PCIe x4 Gen 1.x 0

It reads like
PCIe x16 = size of slot, x16 needed to fit graphics cards.
Gen 2. = Generation 2, generation 2 or 3 needed for kepler cards like the 660
x 1 = One slot, room for only one card

This list is just a stupid format, instead of telling you all the slots the motherboard has, it's telling you all the possible slots that exist and how many of each it has, a lot of which are 0
So it's saying it only has 3 slots, one PCIe x16 and two PCIe x1

Yeah, I don't blame you for being confused

I think you probably knew that and were just reading too fast
