fan noise

This may be the wrong section for this question, but here
goes... Each time I hit enter, scroll or click my mouse
(any input), my machine gets louder. It sounds like the
power supply fan. I have seen power supplies go before, but
have never seen one increase in volume with input. What is
this noise???

Maybe your computer is set to use Smart fan control. When the CPU reaches a certain temperature, the CPU fan will spin up faster to cool it.

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground .
