Best GPU $280 on PCCG?

hello i just want to know what is the best performance card i can get on PCCG?

My budget is a max on $280, i was thinking of the http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=193_1311&products_id=20839 (a little over budget) because its a more modern one but my friend said its the cheap version, i will be playing on at 1080P and on a single monitor.

Main games: borderlands 2, far cry 3, black ops 2.

Well, you'd likely go for either a HD 7870 or a GTX 660. Of those, a Gigabyte, Asus or MSI are pretty good brands.

Between the types though, Nvidia would be better for 3D modeling or rendering for example; 7870 for games gives more power for your money.
