I building a new system - buying the parts tomorrow.. I've pretty much picked the parts, just wanted your opinion primarily on the graphics card, but if you think I should change anything else, please do.

Motherboard - Asus P8Z77-V PRO
Processor - Intel i5 3570K
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper Evo 212
RAM - 8GB (2x4GB) Corsair Vengeance Blue, DDR3 PC3-14900(1866), Non-ECC Unbuffered, 9-10-9-27, XMP, 1.50V
Power Supply - 700W Corsair Gaming GS700, 85% Eff', 80 PLUS Bronze
SSD - 128GB Samsung 830, 2.5" SSD Desktop Kit
Case - NZXT Phantom 410

Graphics card:
XFX HD7950 Double D AMD/ATI Graphics Card - 3GB at £219.35
OR
Asus DirectCU II Radeon HD 7870 AMD Graphics Card 2GB at £214.54

Which of these would be better?

And should everything all fit and work fine?
I want to play BF3, Skyrim, CoH2 (Not sure about any other games)
I will also be using this for Photo editing (Photoshop) and a little but of Video editing

Thank in advance!

I will be reusing my current 250GB HDD, So I think I should be okay on that front, I also use a 650GB External drive for a lot of stuff.

Will I see an increase of performance from 1600 to 1866? (especially since it's only £7 more)
