Does the dell dimension 4450 power supply require mounting rails?

I found a old dell dimension 4450 that I'm thinking of salvaging and turning into a server. Most of the brackets and mounts seem to be there, except for the psu. I need to know if the psu needs some kind of mounting bracket/rails or if a replacement can just snap right in.

Yep, I do see the screw holes. I guess the clip is just to help hold it in place?
